This client moved to us from another agency. For their business, we provide full service marketing with a proper team model. As their CRM, they prefer GHL.
When we started the project, we built everything from scratch. This included setting up a new GHL account, connecting the domain, completing A2P approval, creating pipelines based on their business operations, setting up Conversion API and offline conversions, and building multiple automations.
A2P Approval
A2P approval has become one of the most difficult tasks as of January 2026. GHL updated many requirements at the A2P level, so it took extra effort to complete. After working through the issues, we successfully finished the approval.
